TeamSport's ambition is to continue championing diversity and inclusion

TeamSport is committed to ensuring we have a diverse and inclusive culture that recognises and celebrates the wonderful diversity of our crew and customers.

We believe that education, awareness, and understanding is key to having a diverse and inclusive business. As such we ensure that all of our crew receive comprehensive training in this area. Our managers also complete advanced training on hiring, supporting and managing diverse teams.

Our ambition is to continue championing diversity and inclusion, not only within TeamSport, but in our local communities. We aim to do this by partnering with other like-minded businesses and charities, to promote the education, awareness and benefits of diversity.

In order to better understand the level of diversity within our own crew we have also invested heavily in a comprehensive HR system that will enable us to better report on and support diverse groups within the business.

We also have clear Diversity, Discrimination and Equal Opportunity policies in place, which are regularly reviewed and promoted internally.

Part of our 'Mission Control' training portal is dedicated to diversity with mandatory modules for all of our crew, ensuring that the importance of diversity remains at the forefront of everything that we do.

TeamSport are committed to focusing on ensuring equality in pay and we were proud to see that our median Gender Pay Gap was 0% in 2019, clear evidence that our equal pay policy is being delivered consistently across our business.

Our goal remains to retain and nurture talent within our business, to provide opportunities to our best performers and promote from within.
