With professional racewear included in the price as well as a full safety briefing, you can relax and enjoy the ride, safely taking on the screeching bends and spine tingling ramps all the way to the finish line.
This awe-inspiring track is a great daytime pleaser for stag or hen dos, birthday parties or for some weekend family fun if the rain sets in. Modern meeting facilities are available in Leicester’s newest state-of-the-art go karting centre too, which makes this location ideal for corporate clients and awesome team building trips with colleagues - just try to leave your competitiveness on the track!
The venue also offers free parking with a full spectator area - so if you’re too nervous to ride the track right now, there’s plenty of space to stand back and watch. Both spectators and drivers can take advantage of our licensed Fuel bar, which offers food and drink onsite – making it a perfect location for banter beforehand and a chill-out space for after your exciting karting session. From Leicester City Centre:
Head north-east on Burley’s Way and then keep left to stay on Burley’s Way/A594. When you come to a roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Belgrave Gate/A607. At Belgrave Cir, take the 4th exit onto Dysart Way then turn left onto Catherine St. Go through one roundabout and continue onto Gipsy Ln. Continue straight onto Barkby Rd and then turn left to stay on Barkby Rd. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Thurmaston Ln/ a563 then turn left on to New Star Rd. Continue to drive forward and the TeamSport car park entrance will be on the left as signposted.
From M1 Southbound:
At junction 22, take the A50/A511 exit to Leicester/Coalville. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A50 and then at the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Leicester Rd/A50. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Bradgate Hill/A50. Continue to follow A50 and at the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A46 slip road to Leicester (N)/Newark/Anstey. Merge onto Leicester Western Bypass/A46 and continue for 5 miles. At Hobby Horse Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A606 then at the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Newark Rd/A607. Turn left onto Humberstone Ln and continue for a mile. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Thurmaston Ln/A563 and then shortly after, turn left onto New Star Rd. Continue to drive forward and the TeamSport car park entrance will be on the left as signposted.
From M1 Northbound:
At junction 22, take the A511 exit to Ashby/Coalville then at the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto A50. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Leicester Rd/A50 and then at the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Bradgate Hill/A50. Continue to follow A50 for 2.7 miles then at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A46 slip road to Leicester (N)/Newark/Anstey. Merge onto Leicester Western Bypass/A46 and continue for 5 miles. At Hobby Horse Roundabout, take the 2ndexit onto A607 then when you come to the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Newark Rd/A607. The nearest Bus Stop is Thurmaston Lane operated by the Number 21 Bus. This is a short five minute walk via Thurmaston Lane to the venue.
The nearest train station is Leicester, as this is not walking distance you can get a bus from Haymarket Bus Station as outlined above, or a taxi journey which is approximately a 20 minute drive.
